Lion Harold Spire is a member of the Maryville Pride Lions Club since 1992. He has held various positions in his club such as President (2004-2005), Club Safety Chairperson (2000-2005), Membership Chairperson (2005-2010), Club Director (2017-2019), and Lions Freedom Rock Plaza Chairperson (2018-2019). He was also Region 1 Zone 1 Chairperson (2019-2020) for Missouri Lions District 26-M4. IPDG Harold was born and raised in Parnell, Missouri, and attended Northwest Missouri State in Maryville. He held the position of office manager for Powell Vet Clinic for 10 years before going to work for Farmland Industries-Consumers Oil-COOP in 1989. He held several different jobs in the company until 1999 when he was appointed a general manager for Consumers Oil Co of Maryville, MO – the position he still holds today. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Wells Bank of Maryville. IPDG Harold’s job is a busy one but he is there for the Lions when he is needed! He is currently also the District M4 LCIF Chairperson. |
District Governor James Pedersen |
Lion James Pedersen has been a member of the Maryville Pride Lions Club since 2014. He has held many position in his 7 years, including but not limited to, Club President (2016-17, 2018-19), Zone Chair (2016-19), and Club LCIF Coordinator (2017-18, 2020-22). After joining Lions, DG James shared his Lionism with his wife, Lion Christine Pedersen, and later his daughter, Lion Bethney. DG James is a sporting gentleman and referees in his spare time. |
1st Vice District Governor Tina Anderson |
Lion Tina joined the Hamilton Lions Club in November of 1997. She has held the offices of President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Chairperson, Tail Twister, and Board of Directors. Lion Tina served as the District Cabinet Secretary from 2003 – 2022. She has also presented training for the Cabinet Secretaries at the State Convention. She served as Zone Chairperson four different years. Lion Tina was also part of the Missouri All-State Lions Band in 1988 and traveled to Denver to participate in the international parade! She was sponsored by the Miller Lions Club (M6). Outside of Lions Club, Lion Tina has worked at Cameron Mutual Insurance Companies in Cameron, MO, in the IT and Marketing Departments, since 1997. She has been an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary since she was 13. She attended their premier program, ALA Missouri Girls State, between her Junior and Senior year of high school, and has served as a staff member since 1995. Lion Tina lives in Hamilton, with her twin boys, Aidan and Eli, where they are Juniors at Penney High School. Her daughter, Abigail, is a graduate of the Sinclair School of Nursing at Mizzou, is an RN, and is currently in graduate school at MU in their Nurse Practitioner program. |
2nd Vice District Governor Rachel Harper |
Lion Rachel Harper was elected 2nd Vice District Governor for the 2023-2024 Lions year. She joined the Carrollton Lions Club in August of 2016th oldest club in the M4 district. She has held a number of positions at the club level - served as President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Fundraising Chair, Program Chair and 100th Anniversary Celebration member. Currently she serves as the club’s Secretary, Marketing Chairperson, Scholarship Committee member and board member. In 2022-2023, she served as the district’s Region 4 – Zone 2 chairperson. Her father, Roger, was a member of the Norborne Lions Club from December 2008 until his passing in August 2020. She was born and raised on a small farm in Norborne. As a child, was active in Chase 4-H, CC Sundowners 4-H, Norborne FFA, Norborne FCCLA, National Honor Society and many other organizations. She received her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a minor in agriculture from University of Central Missouri, formerly known as Central Missouri State University. After college, she worked in newspapers for three years, military public affairs for five years and durable medical equipment insurance billing for two years until currently is working at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital as a graphic designer and digital media specialist. She is a member of the Carroll County Fair Board, board president of Hundred Acre Woods Therapeutic Riding Center, works concessions at Norborne High School sports games, volunteers during the 2C Quail Forever chapter banquet, judges youth 4-H and FFA horse shows, offers design services to Mercy Road Recovery Center’s Fall for Recovery Gala, and recently got ordained to perform an October marriage of two close friends she introduced back in 2013. Her hobbies include reading, writing, horseback riding, painting and photography. She has three horses, three dogs, two hedgehogs and a cat. |
Lion Monica Baker, Secretary |
Lion Monica Baker has been a lion for 4 years in the Brookfield Lions Club. She is currently in her second term as club President. Lion Baker is a Shelter Insurance agent and lives on a farm North of Brookfield, raising row crops, cattle, hogs, and kids. Monica and Aaron have four boys; Chase, Brooks, Dawson and Cordray. Chase is an English teacher in Austria. Brooks, a college wrestler, is a Senior at Missouri Valley college and will graduate in May with an Agriculture Business degree. Dawson, a college football player, is a Sophomore at Missouri Valley college and is pursuing a degree in Education. Cordray is a high school sophomore and is involved in wrestling at Brookfield High School. If you cannot find Lion Baker at a Lions event such as bingo, quarter auctions, or rolling of the balls you will catch her on the farm! |
PCC Ron Campbell, Treasurer

PCC Ron Campbell was born in Smithville Mo and lived in Edgerton Mo in his growing up years. He graduated from North Platte High School in Dearborn Mo and after high school, he worked in KC Mo when he went to school to go into the hearing health field for the purpose of becoming a hearing instrument specialist. Later he became owner of his own company and now owns and operates Assurance Hearing Aid LLC. He has been in the hearing health field and licensed for over 40 years in Missouri and Kansas and is Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Science. In 1988, he married Lion Peggy Jameson Campbell and moved to St Joseph Mo where they reside today. They have a son who is a Lion, Lion Devon Campbell. PCC Ron has been a member of the St Joseph Southside Lions Club since 2006 having held many positions. He has served as hearing chairman for the district for several years and has been State Hearing Committee Chair which with his experience in the hearing field gave him a unique perspective. PCC Ron held the position of Council Chair for Lions Multiple District 26 from 2018-2019.
